They promised to refund me when they failed to collect my item but I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks now with no joy. Avoid this company. Response:It was a Failed collection, we have a proof of attemped collection. Address was incorrect/incomplete. None of the company can deliver/collect without have a correct address. Also, item listed as flexible collection/delivery. After accepting this bid you request us to collect only on thursday between 9-3pm, we tried our best, driver was at the address before 3pm, couldnt locate the premises as you didnt provide "Unit number" Business Name. We spoke to the lady couple of times , she didnt respond properly. Next time you arrange any collection verify collection address to avoid failed collection as you will be charged for it.
