| Mafirol Vitrina Rubi Patisserie Display | shellylou1987 | i accepted this bid as they said they could pick up the item on monday 4th in a previous message. once accepted they then asked to chnge it to the wdnesday as they were planning on staying a few more days in france and would pick it up on the way back into england and deliver the same day! this worked out to be easier for the person where the item was so we aggreed wed 6th 5pm pick up! i would then wait in the delivery office till 8pm for delivery. at 8.30 i discovered through ringing the pick up location(bart84 was not answering the phone) that they had not picked up the item yet...they had not rang myself or my father despite having both our numbers, nor had they answered any of my phone calls and answerphone messages. then today the phone is off!! i will most certainly never use them again and i will not be accepting bart84 bids in the future. Response:There was huge accident on A16 highway (Paris Calais). We lost several hours due to traffic, both mobile phones batteries went dead soon after due to very intensive use. Now I am around 300 pounds short (fuel, ferry rebooking, lost shipments) and still I want you to know that I feel ashamed that I didn't not show up and I do apologize. | |
