There were some customs problems outside of my control upon arriving in Switzerland. I still feel terrible about this as I know they were working on a long and tight schedule, but they were very understanding of this and I appreciate that greatly.
The care an attention they took in ensuring that my 105 year old Steinway was safely delivered to Switzerland was above and beyond a normal removals firm and I am thrilled that they were there to take the job.
I would not hesistate a moment in using their services again, and I will look forward to countless happy hours of piano playing as a result of their help and their work. Thank you so much gents! They kept me informed about each stage of the move and were cheerful and friendly when bringing the piano into my house. | Bentley Compact 6 octave piano | sharp12 | Good service and very punctual. Was a little rude to the 2 guys who came on the day. Due only to my own recent personal and medical circumstances. They were both very professional and delivered my piano in good shape. Piano moved into the house safely and carefully in literally no time at all. Also I did neglect to mention a stool and bag of music that was to be picked up, which they brought to my home address anyway without any problem. Very pleased with piano service and would not hesitate to use again. Apologies again for being such a grumpy customer Response:get your facts right first you do not answer your phone and if the crack of dawn is 8.30 am you need to get in the real world and your piano was wraped in a proper piano blanket that costs £50 each my freind it apears from your attitude and your wifes comments that you dont like parting with the pennies did £8 for the stool break the bank. | |

We told him that the best days for a collection were Mondays and Wednesdays, he immediately said that Mondays were out since he was not in the area that day. Wednesday depended on whether he had a partial load to pick up in Kent... To date we have not moved any further forward. Left it that it was up to me to contact him in two weeks if he had not been in touch. Response:if you don't answer your phone we can not organize a move we tried time after time with no response to any phone calls. | |

I was traveling at the time of the delivery and I asked him to contact my wife to make all the arrangements - but he failed to email or call to confirm delivery time or address until the actual afternoon of delivery! Also it turns out he is just a middleman - the actual piano deliverers were very nice, efficient and helpful;. Response:this guy is a total waste of time did not relay details we sent messages about delivery times and he left it to his pregnant wife to sort it all out. totally ignorant i would not recommend to anyone. | |
| Upright piano | drt | I had to cancel this transaction due to very slow communication from the supplier. I waited as long as I could but had to make alternative arragements as I could have no certainty the job would be done on the day I needed it to.
I am sure Paul and his colleagues are very good at moving pianos but they also need to be good at communicating with their customers if they want to maintain a good reputation. Response:you didn't give us chance excepted bid and it was done within 2 days not a very good person to work with. and you totally have the right to also contact us so not just us not communicating would not recommend this person in future. | |
