All goods are fully insured. We have Goods in Transit insurance to the value of £10,000 provided goods are properly and securely packed, and Public Liability Insurance of £1,000,000. The driver may need some assistance with loading and unloading if the items are not dismantled for transit or they are large, heavy and bulky.
*All jobs handled by ourselves, no 3rd party/parcel service.
* Items protected/blanket wrapped and tied in securely to tail-lift-vehicle.

Once a bid is accepted we will be able to exchange all contact details and arrange your collection/delivery.

We are a team of 2 people, new to this site but experienced in collecting/delivering different types of consignments.
We collect and deliver almost everything that fits in our Mercedes van. We collect and deliver within England, Wales and Scotland.
We may not be the cheapest but we turn up when agreed, we deliver when agreed and we deliver items in the same condition as collected. We deliver on collection day unless agreed otherwise.
We ask that a reasonably detailed job description - number of items, sizes, weight and any other relevant information is provided in order to place an accurate bid. Changes to the job described (additional number of units, larger or heavier items, changes in collection/delivery address) might increase cost of delivery.
Though we Blanket Wrap items, we do recommend to protect valuable items with bubble wrap before collection.
Please check for availability before accepting the bid if you have specific time/date requirements.
Need your item collected or delivered on a specific date, not a problem just ask for a quote!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• IMPORTANT: we reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receives a penalty charge it is the customer’s responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made.
• You may incur extra charges of the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote.
• If you underestimate the quantity of your items the driver has the right to charge you more.
• We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc.) if for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we wells contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
• Please be sure that you let us know if there are stairs involved before accepting our bid. (Otherwise extra charges may occur)
• Please make sure your furniture is dismantled for moving in order to avoid extra charges
