I have seen every excuse in the book from drivers who offer shoddy work and poor/rude service.

| PEAVEY PA System 2000W/2K | monkiejamm | Chris (the Courier) gave me a price, after initial good contact in reference to picking up item and delivery he let me down badly. He didn't pick item up as arranged and also never contacted me to say never picked up. I rang him and the response i got was "he forgot to pick item up" despite agreeing day 2 days before. He never offered any alternative pick up day, said couldn't ring collection point as had no credit and proceeded to say he couldnt hear me on the phone and then said would ring me back!! he never rang me back so i tried ringing 6 times, each time leaving a message to contact me. Eventually i rang on a different number to mine and he answered.what a suprise !! Chris then claimed that he had closed the buisiness due to stress and that the website will contact me. DO NOT USE THIS MAN AS NOT REALIBLE, DOESNT ANSWER CALLS AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SKILLS. | |
