Touring caravan | jm64 | I don't use Wolftrans anymore !
A lot of excuses and problems by himself, promises promises etc
At the end i get my caravan in good condition but the week before delivery my seller and i were afraid that Wolftrans never makes the promises come true l !
After delivering the caravan Wolftrans was correct and friendly Response:you were told that the dates would be from the 18th at a date to suit-also to suit the seller-you are the one who wasted up to 10 days before accepting-i gave you the date and it was delivered on that day to the netherlands-on the day you were happy and could'nt praise us enough-in fact you asked for my advice on how to clean the van as the seller had sent it in a deplorable state-if you were so unhappy you could have said there and then-wolftrans
1 x Car / SUV: dodge w/c | mh325 | NEVER go near this company it is a scam they have taken my money up front and never done the job . I have reported them for fraud
1 x Car / SUV: volkswagen passat | gkabo3 | Delivery failed, but i have been refunded. Response:our apologies for this-the reason we failed was the agent driver we use in getting vehicles from areas such as brussels and germany to calais (when we are not in the specific area and the customer has bid the job down to a secondary fill up job) -the electronic ignition key the customer sent did not work and the agent driver did not spend enough time in trying to solve the problem apart from asking a mechanic who thought the transponder in the key fob was faulty-we accept that when we informed you of this you said we should have broken a window-thats something we would never do -its not in our nature to willfully damage any property-so for that reason we failed to collect the vehicle and as soon as we informed you we immediately refunded the monies paid-we will add that we did also offer to do this job again albeit the following week.
1 x Car / SUV: citroen saxo | jigs2895 | Would not recommend, failed to collect the car after 2 attempts and a week late! Driver was rude to me on the phone, abusive and unprofessional. Pay extra and use someone who knows what they are doing! Response:statement of fact sent to you on the 28/7/16 before you left a totally non-factual feedback comment - apologies for this debacle this evening-following on from our phone call and the sellers attitude to helping-firstly it is the sellers responsibility to have the goods they are selling ready to go-be it furniture or white goods or cars-this means they should be easily accessible for collection if not then they should do what ever to help-you're seller had driven this vehicle to an obvious point of scrap-an engine devoid of oil which for what ever reason had previously leaked oil into the carb and filters (sellers own words) no water in the radiator-and her own local garage could not sort the problem or did not want to-also did not want the car in p/ex-the seller stated she had driven the car specifically for approx 16 mins before it stopped-if she left it to cool down then she could go again for 16 mins-after this style of driving and the blue/black smoke emitted from the exhaust the seller parked the car nose forward in a parking space against the front of her parents house in february-it has sat there ever since quietly rotting-the seller stated she had not started or moved the car since that day-we arrived today 28/7/16 to find soft tyres-flat battery-brakes rusted on-alongside this car was her parents car-in an earlier phone call to the seller this evening we asked if she had some jump leads-she said no but she asked her family and they said they had some-assumption they would help start the car-it was in their interest after all-when we arrived the seller came out spitting feathers and refusing point blank to use jump leads-she said her fathers car was diesel and the saxo was petrol-i was lost at this point-i said she could use her mini again she refused point blank-she then said i should use my vehicle-i pointed out i could not get any where near the saxo due to how it was parked also my transit and trailer being over 34' in length-at this point i said i would tell you and i would abort the collection-she then gets abusive and claims i was not professional-well with over £30,000.00 of kit sitting there i said this was not a recovery job it was supposed to be a collection job and i had been told the vehicle started and was drivable- to end with over 5 hours expended and 234 miles covered on two trips no one can say we did not try to collect this vehicle-if you wish us to try again then the car will have to be easily accessible or we can requote for a recovery job-regards wolftrans. -i will not lower myself to argue over this feedback suffice to say you actually sent us an email asking for delivery to you on saturday 30th and we were trying to collect this car on the 28th for delivery to you on the 29th so how are we late-i will finish by saying you are way out of kilter compared to all my other listed feedback-let the public judge-wolftrans.
1 x Car / SUV: Land rover Defender | bodgerrfa | Terrible. Blew my engine as decided to drive car 147 miles and nackered my engine. Car was running but told drivable only for loading. No mot etc and been sitting. Terrible service. Police and legal informed. Response:when we accepted this contract both you and the seller we're told that we would be driving this vehicle to meet up with other staff where they would be delivering so as to put this vehicle on our trailer-james the seller advised us on collection that the vehicle had been both driven and towed at varied times by others while in his ownership-he had no problem on the day of us driving this vehicle away-he did say that he would'nt fancy driving it to scotland though-when we left the collection address the seller did not state it should not be driven we drove approx 4/5 miles to a petrol station as the vehicle sounded very rough to check levels as the seller obviously had not done so-upon checking the oil level we topped up with nearly 4 litres(leaving the last container of oil in the storage box)-we then drove a further 20 odd miles to meet up with our trailer-the condition of this vehicle has to be described as very rough and dirty as during the last 5/6 years it had received no real maintenance as the seller said it needed no mot so he had no need to make sure the vehicle was checked when he or others needed to use it-while not in use it was just left in a corner of the yard-the very fact that the engine oil level was so low indicates lack of maintenance and obviously as the engine needed to be run in order to power the pto unit would wear the engine-this one reason would point to a dubious ebay purchase especially as you had not checked or had an independent report as to the condition of said vehicle-you accepted static pictures of vehicle not working pictures and having been told that no mot was needed blindly accepted that the vehicle was in good order-on the second short run of this vehicle again to meet up with our trailer we encountered a problem-we stopped and upon checking saw a pool of oil under the front of the vehicle realized there was a problem and had the vehicle recovered-if we are to be held responsible for this problem then please supply all maintenance and service records showing that the vehicle has been maintained also supply all plant maintenance records for the cherry picker attachment and conformity certificate to show that this vehicle was in some sort of good order not a bag of spanners (as the trade would describe it) and not a totally un maintained vehicle as two owners thought that as no mot was required no care or maintenance was needed-we are professional in what we do and we would fully expect to make good any problems we cause hence having insurance.
