Although we quote a fixed price we reserve the right to amend it or make additional charges if any of the following have not been taken into account when preparing the quotation:
-There are delays outside our reasonable control in which event we will make an additional charge for waiting time calculated in accordance with our standard rates applicable at the time.
-Access to the collection or delivery point is inadequate or the approach is unsuitable for our vehicles.
Any parking or other fees or charges that we have to incur and pay in order to carry out the services you require. In all these circumstances you will be responsible for the extra charges.
-and
-Disconnect or reconnect appliances, fittings or equipment.
-Take down or re-hang curtains, blinds or other window coverings.
-Move any item or items which our removal crew reasonably believe they cannot move safely or the removal of which may damage the item or items in question or its or their surroundings.
We supply any additional services.

Dan and his colleague were amazing! They were so quick we couldn't believe it. They moved all of our furniture down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. They had the entire flat emptied onto the van in an hour. They then unloaded the furniture at the other end and put everything in the specific rooms we wanted it in.

They were professional and friendly, they did an amazing job and worked really hard. I was impressed with the limited time it took for them to load and unload everything and also the speed in which they got from Essex to Yarmouth. Two thumbs up and would definitely recommend them to anyone. ????

Lads arrived before 8am and the van was packed to the rafters by 8.46am and they were off to a 6h drive from Brighton to Cornwall. 30min before arrival they called me with an update. By the time we arrived to the flat, the van was half unpacked and within an hour they were finished. No scuff marks or damaged goods. Friendly and hardworking. Recommended! Will book them next time again. They were extremely helpful and competent in dismantling and reassembling our bulky items. The team arrived when they said they would at both ends of the journey. No higher than 3 feet. | nabeel2ali | These guys are the best, arrived on time very polite and strong perfect for the job, even ask if it was possible that they could bay a box of chocolates for the people they were collecting the aviary form for their hard work as it took them 11 hours to dismantle it.
