We are a business that delivers furniture all over the country and my provider let me down. The goods were picked up, delivery date set. Then nothing. No contact. The odd text of a promise of delivery, then nothing. Total communication fail. The company have stolen the goods, are not answering any emails of phone calls. We waited for delivery only to be told very late on Friday that delivery was Monday at a time to suit us. We arranged mid day by 5pm we were angry
By 9pm we considered it stolen and would report to police
At 10pm managed to get through and was told 50 mins, at 2305 it turned up
