The price quoted includes the cost for a 2 man team. The van is fully equipped with blankets & straps and we also have shrink wrap in which we offer for FREE and shrink wrap your goods to help ensure no damage whilst in transit. Our aim is to give all our customers a smooth transaction. We are fully insured up to £20,000 so you have piece of mind your goods are in safe hands. ALL goods are checked prior to loading into our van and any marks/damage is noted and signed for at the collection address.
We are constantly on the road and ask for you to have the understanding of us not having the control over delays such as traffic jams, rush hours, road traffic accidents etc.
We work from 08:00 - 20:00 Monday - Friday. If any items are to be collected/delivered to a shop, please understand that the general opening hours are 09:00 - 17:30 and if for any reason we cannot collect/deliver within these times due to the route and timescales in which we are trying to meet, we will happily re-arrange for the next earliest possible date we are in the area. If this is not acceptable, Shiply offer a second chance FREE which means you can re-list your item.
This is a risk you take as a customer as we as a transport provider cannot help and we cannot unfortunately wait until the shop re-opens the next day.
We ask that you fill in ALL contact details with as much information as possible on Shiply to help ensure we can contact both yourself and the collection address without any problems as we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to not having the correct information.

Any correspondence via email will be answered as and when we can due to not having much time to check emails whilst being on the road. If you would like to contact us, we have a contact number in which you will be provided with upon accepting the quote and this can be reached 24/7.
Any specific dates MUST be advised AND agreed prior to the quote being accepted as we can only do jobs on specific dates IF we are in the area. NO specific times will be given as we are unable to promise these due to how the days sometimes work out.
We will send an ETA when leaving the job prior to collection/delivery to give you notice of our arrival.
