We are a fully Insured Owner Driver Team of two Ladies who are fast, efficient, trustworthy and innovative.
We aim to make your collection and delivery as effective and smooth as possible.
All quotes are ground floor to ground floor. We are not covered to enter any premises.

We hold £10.000 Goods In Transit Insurance, proof available upon request.

The first 15 Minutes of waiting will not be charged however going over the grace period you will incur an additional charge of £10 pounds per half hour waiting time either end delivery or collection. Any charges incurred will be calculated from the Time Of Arrival of the driver.
All quotes do not include charges and expenses incurred whilst on the job, fee's as follows:
Congestion charge: £11.50
Dartford charge: £6
Parking: TBC (Local charges proof will be provided)
Parking fines/ Tickets: To be covered by customer confirmed with receipt.
It is on the onus of the person providing the job to ensure that there is adequate time and space for the items to arrive alongside ensuring there is a safe place for your goods to be exchanged.
Any tickets or fines will not be covered by the Courier if no safe place has been arranged to exchange (Please be aware this does not normally occur as we are a team of two who can deal with any issues that arise quickly and effectively). In cases where parking is off limits ie: Victoria Station a safe road will be arranged.
Please be specific with the items on inventory list as if there is a dishonest amount of parcels/ Items there will be a charge of £5.

50% cancellation fee if less than 24 hrs Notice given.

Please confirm dates and times on bids and bookings.

We do not take any responsibility for anything that may cause us delays out of our control ie accidents and motorway closures ect however we will be in direct communication with you as soon as we incur a delay so please provide us with a contact number preferably mobile for updates.

We are also available for wait and returns alongside regular clockwork deliveries.
