We are based in Essex and we have many years in International Light haulage with extensive experience to keep your goods safe and secure.

Before accepting our offer you need to know:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer include:

• Fully equipped Luton Van

• Loading/unloading and transport of your item/s

• Goods in Transit Insurance cover up to £10K

• Public Liability Insurance cover up to £1M

• Load/unload within 25 m of the doorway

• Collection/delivery up to first floor

• Loading/unloading time up to 25 min

Important information:

• Full list of items

• Size/weight of the item

• Floor number (flights of stairs/lift) from both sides

• Business or private add

• Parking

• Need of dismantling/assembling

Extra charge will be applied if you are not notified us for:

• Items which are not on the list

• Size/weight which are differ with your submission

• Items which has to be moved from/to 2nd floor/above

• Different collection/delivery address than listing

• Distance from place to parking is more than 25 meters

PLEASE NOTE:

• If they are too heavy for ONE PERSON, help will be needed for loading/unloading.

• Our offer is based on ONE MAN with Luton Van. If you need two porters, please let us know but this will cost you extra charge.

• Parking permission is the customer’s responsibility. If our van receives a penalty charge, it is also customer’s responsibility to pay it.

• If you cancel the job less than 72 hours before agreed day, charges up to 50% from the original price will be applied.

• You agree to examine the goods carefully and inform us for damages and lose before the porter/s leaves the delivery place.

• The insurance not include fragile items such as glass/electronics and will be moved at owner’s risk. In case of damage or theft of the item/s during the transport, the insurance company cover only the cost of the item and doesn’t cover any additional charges or compensations.

IMPORTANT: IF THE MOVING OF THE ITEM/S WITHOUT DAMAGING ISN’T POSSIBLE, WE’LL KEEP OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE TO COLLECT/DELIVER IT.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK AVAILABILITY WITH US BEFORE ACCEPTING OUR BID. OTHERWISE, WE’LL KEEP OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL IT OR CHANGE OUR PRICE
