We are an established Haulage/removals company based in Cornwall.We have regular runs to the london area and back, also Liverpool and back.We use a Merc Sprinter Box Van 3.5tonne with tail lift.we work as a team of two if needed.Our service is door to door unless agreed as a removal. We move household goods,bikes and certain types of machinary subject to weight limits etc.

24hours later John pulled out of the agreement, claiming that it was no longer viable.
Proceed with caution! Response:I had the return part of the run cancelled so was unable to handle This booking as there was nothing to come back withand this is where I make a profit by finding enough loads to a set destination and the same for a return.To carry out this booking on its own would mean a round trip of 345miles plus a journey time of at least 6hours for a job I quoted and would get £91.00 for. When this happens the first concern is for the customer,so I always advise re entering their job on the site as any deposit they have paid can be transfered to another carrier if your chosen carrier cannot complete the job. This has two benifts for the customer, one it cuts down the delay time in getting their job completed because it usualy takes a week or more to establish a new route and two it is quite possible to acheive a better price when replacing the ad. This makes sure that the customer is not left high and dry. I have also asked this customer if he would like me to hold his journey for a week/ten days to try to match it with other loads on a simular route, even though I have no bookings at the time of answering his feedback. at this time no answer was the stern reply.
