Delivering bikes isn't just a job for me, biking is in my blood. i like to spend time with customers after delivering and talk to them about there machine.
I have built a few custom bikes in the past, from harleys to japs, bobbers to choppers, and you can rest assured, if you hire me as your transport provider, you hire a hassle free, smooth service.
Like transporting my own machine, your bike will be respected and cared for until you take delivery, and, it will also be collected & delivered on the day and times agreed.
PLEASE NOTE : We do NOT check that customers bikes are mechanically sound or road worthy at point of collection, Nor do we start customers bikes under any circumstances, this is not our responsibility, we load, transport, unload and deliver.

I specified that I needed a short notice pickup and delivery and because of that I got one quote only.
That quote was from Haulin Ass who then didn't answer the phone and then responded by email after 5pm to say the office was shut - how can a mobile phone number be an office?
After a brief exchange where I asked him if he confirm he would do the collection and drop off the next day (my bike had broken down) he said I shoudl have checked first (despite me putting that in the specification) and that he couldn't do it until the follwoing Friday, when I said that was no good and asked for a refund he called me a muppet and told me to jog on.
Do not deal with this clown unless you want to be ripped off and left in the lurch.
Did he really think he was going to write that in an email and the Customer was just going to accept it and not complain?
Fortunately the Website owner contacted me the next day and arranged a refund. Response:This wasn't how it happened. This situation is to long to go into. Some people want everything yesterday without providing the full information, Hence why i ask for customers to contact me first. Im sure some think i sit at home all day waiting for their call. This isn't the case. There was no ripping off, no money was exchanged and the deposit is the website fee, not mine. You cant please all the people all the time. | |
