I we operate two trailers one is 18 foot beaver tail for transporting all types of cars /machines / small vans/ tractors/ farm and garden machines.second trailer is purpose built 20 foot flatbed trailer that has automatic built in paddock stands this trailer can carry up to six bikes at a time each bike has walk around space so no need for blankets and wrappings it will not come into contact with anything it's out in the open where a bike is supposed to be secured with soft straps rear wheel chocks and each bike is protected by an independent laser alarm system when on trailer and secured by soft coated Kevlar wire lock . I am an HGV class1 driver of thirty five years of unblemished vehicle delivery,s (and still no points ) I take pride not in the bikes and cars I move but in how well I do the job which really is all that counts ,read my feed back enough said

Royal Mail managed to screw up a payment, but he spent 5 hrs waiting for it, when it didn't arrive, the then rejigged and rescheduled other deliveries to get back there the next day. | 1 x Car / SUV: Reliant Robin | lcdenyer | We had been trying for three weeks to get a car collected from Northumberland for delivery to Hampshire and had been let down twice by two different drivers, meaning that we had to request quotes for a third time. I have to be honest and say that after these awful experiences, and complete lack of communication from the second driver, I was beginning to wonder if I should cut my losses and try and get my money back from the seller! Late yesterday afternoon (Friday 18th November) I received a very fair quote from Phil, which we immediately accepted. Within minutes of paying our deposit he was on the phone, (something that didn't happen with either of the other drivers), explaining the process and what he needed us to do. He also said that as he wasn't far from the car he planned to go early this morning (Saturday 19th November) to collect. He actually then phoned a little later that evening and asked if he could go and collect it that night, Friday, which both the seller and ourselves, were more than happy to agree to, especially after all the delays and upset caused by the two previous, inconsiderate and unreliable drivers. He kept us informed throughout, and true to his word, arrived at my brother's house Saturday morning, even calling us to let us know it had been unloaded safely and that all was well, before he made his return journey. We can not praise him highly enough. This was the sort of experience we had hoped for when we decided to buy the car, and it just goes to show the difference it makes when you have someone with the experience and consideration for their customers. Thank you so much Phil, you have been amazing. I still can't quite believe the car is finally here!
