East Midlands based couriers providing door-to-door collection and delivery services within England and Wales. We collect and deliver almost everything what fits in our LWB van, up to 2.70m long and up to 70kg heavy.
Note: We do not deliver prohibited and illegal items and substances.
Collection within England and Wales is within 7 days after booking confirmation. Delivery within England and Wales is on Collection day unless stated otherwise.
Before sending your goods, we strongly recommend to wrap them. Bubble wrap is the best wrapping material for everything. Blanket wrap available if required.
Copy of POD (Proof Of Delivery) is available upon your request. Each delivery is accompanied with POC (Proof Of Collection), POD and Invoice. Copy of Invoice is given to the Payer.
Consignment tracking available upon request.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.DEFINITIONS
In these Conditions the following words have the following meanings:
‘Collection Address’ means the address stated in your booking that we will collect from the Parcel.
‘Customer’ means the person who is placing a Delivery Order.
‘Delivery Address’ means the address where the Parcel must be delivered.
‘DQC’ means Delivery Quote Compare Limited
‘Fees’ means the fee that you must pay for the Service.
‘Delivered’ means delivered to the Recipient at the Address.
‘Parcel’ means any package that you give to us and we carry for you as part of our Services.
‘Recipient’ means the person the Parcel is addressed is to or any other person who accepts the Parcel on the Recipient’s behalf at the Address.
‘Services’means our carriage of a Parcel to the the Address on your behalf.

2.ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT
You enter into a contract by ‘Accepting Quotation’ and these Conditions.

3.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. You must not supply to us any prohibited items, goods which are illegal, the carriage of which is illegal, or the supply of which to the Recipient is illegal.
3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have paid the appropriate Fees to us and DQC for any Parcels that you supply to us.
3.3. For extra protections you must ensure that any Goods that you supply to us are properly packed. Unpacked Goods are Blanket Wrapped in our van though.
3.4. You must provide with correct measurements of the Parcel.
3.4. You must provide with correct Collection and Delivery Address, phone numbers for the Recipient and yourself.

4. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. We will transport the Parcel by any means.
4.2 If we are unable to deliver the Parcel (can not reach the Recipient or any other reason), we will contact you for further instructions. We reserve the right to require payment of further Fees should you request that the Parcel is returned to you or that we make a further delivery.

5. FEES
5.1 You agree to pay correct Fees before you submit your Order.
5.2 We accept Bank Transfer (must be paid prior Delivery), PayPal (commission 4%), COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.
5.3. We do not accept Cheques.

6. PROOF OF DELIVERY
6.1 You accept that the following records will be proof that a Parcel has been Delivered:
The ‘Recipient’s’ signature for the Parcel if the Parcel has been Delivered to the Address;
A Neighbour’s signature for the Parcel if the Parcel has been Delivered to a Neighbour, in accordance with your instructions.
