Our company offers services for the collection and delivery service at your disposal a high quality during transportation.
Here are our terms and conditions please read before accepting quote.

1. All booked jobs will be collected within 1-4 days of bid being accepted and delivery will be made within 1-4 days of job being collected. Additional notifications are also sent to all clients on the actual day of collection or delivery, 30-60 minutes before arrival.
2. This quote is for an independent "1 man & 1 vehicle" courier service with collection & delivery at ground floor level only and I do not use parcel networks or subcontract my bookings to other transport providers for completion. If the item is large or very heavy I will require loading & unloading assistance from the Seller & Buyer to prevent damage to the item or personal injury to the driver.(Please let us know if you will need us to provide a 2nd man)
3. Insurance coverage is for theft, loss, and damage in transit or in storage but in order to qualify for damage coverage the item must be suitably packaged or boxed before collection to protect it during transit and/or storage. No liability will be accepted for damage to items that are shipped without suitable packaging at the Buyers/Sellers own risk. A free blanket wrap service is offered as standard and all items are strapped in & transported with care but please take note that a blanket wrap service is only a very basic level of protection and minor accidental damage may occasionally occur.
All items are blanket wrapped and strapped during transport for safe transit any items kept by us are stored in a secure and fully insured unit.


- The quote is from ground floor to ground floor. (Charges may apply for any flights of stairs please ask us to revise our quote.)

Our aim is to give you the customer the best possible experience once the job is booked we will call to make sure all details provided are correct and to sort out collection and delivery dates and times i will always answer the phone to you no excuses as i believe that contact between me and the customer goes a long way its only what i would expect if i was you :)
