OUR INSURANCES 
We have fully comprehensive Motor Trade insurance with a customer indemnity of £60,000, Goods in transit of £50,000 And £1,000,000 Public Liability. 

T&C's

COLLECTION OF VEHICLE
Upon collection of any vehicle we will complete an External and internal condition report.
We will also check Oil,water and Tyre tread levels.
If any major damage is found, if Tyre tread is illegal or if the vehicle requires oil we will contact the customer immediately.
If the customer wants to continue with the delivery any cost occurred will be charged to the customer. I.e Tyre's or oil.
If the customer wants to abort the vehicle then a full price abort will be charged.   

CANCELLATION 
Please Note that if you cancel a job giving less than 48 hours’ notice or the job has to be aborted you may still be liable to pay the full amount of delivery cost.

Depending on the circumstances you may only have to pay the minimum cancellation charge of £50.00

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the date of the job there will be no charge.

BREAKDOWNS 
In the event of any breakdowns the customer may still be liable to pay full price for the job.
The customer May also have to repay any cost occurred as a result of a break down I.e any call-out charges for recovery.

We will also not be held liable for any accidental windscreen chips or punctures as these cannot always be avoided.

PAYMENTS
For our trusted customers all payments must be cleared within 30 days of invoice date Via Bank Transfer, Cheque or cash

For first time customers payment may be required upfront upon Collection/Delivery Via cash or Bank transfer.
​
Any payments unpaid after 30 days may result in a
late payment charge of £40.00 + Interest charge At the rate of 8.25% per day
​
If unpaid payments are not cleared within 60 Days the account will be passed on to our debt collection agents, safe collections who will add further charges
for the collection of any debt owed.
