Mobile service was problematic - reception was poor on every call, his text service did not work properly - he said he responded but I never received anything, and he does not have a message service on his mobile (!). He was also unnecessarily disparaging about the person he was to collect from. Did not collect at the time agreed, came up with an unsatisfactory excuse. Had to cancel job in the end. This carrier has constantly failed to make contact with pick up point to agree a mutual convenient time for pick up despite verbal promise to call .
Carrier has never responded to my emails or text messages asking for date for pick up and delivery
They have failed at every point in the process and have no customer service skills or support.
Refund requested from Delivery Quote website as this courier has failed to meet contract under sale of goods and services act.
Response:maybe you should talk to some one on the phone instead of doing by text you ncglected to put in that it was a eve pick up also when you say bad communication maybe you should try answerjng your phone | |

On the only time he called he said that I'd requested the following month which I had on the initial .com request but corrected this date when I called and spoke to him on the 4 times that I had. If he thought it was next month why did he call me a week before to say he couldn't do next week? Mystified ? So was I, it cost me more money booking a last minute solution. The man who I had dealing with, never replied to emails or phone calls/ texts about the delivery.
I had to chase it numerous times, and he then made up an excuse about the weather being 'too blowy' to drive over to Bristol so he can't be sure on exact dates...
I had my plumber and electrician waiting on this delivery and so I pulled out of this because I couldn't have him messing me around for weeks and never giving me a definite answer.
