Response:total lies quote was excepted on the fact I could collect weekend then when phoned collection it was a garage that was closed all weekend so couldn't collect not my fault guy should of made sure car could of been collected over the weekend | |

I Booked a car transport from London to Plymouth
Provider never even bothered to contact me for 8 days- I had to chase many times-p but phone switched OFF.
Appears was a problem with their vehicle but they DID NOT PHONE ME to tell me.
Eventually I got my money back (the deposit) from the company after 1 email and a phone call
Will not EVER use again
Response:we emailed and called number no answer our phone is never off complete tell the truth you didn't wont it moved after you payed then wonted your money back I have texts and call record | |
