| Piano stool | robert-48 | For some odd reason these people think that their quotes are an industry standard and that their customers are idiots (which was plainly written in their response to me). When they, and I quote, say after I commented that they were thieves that ' U should smell the coffee in Brasil), then they not only are a rip off but they also have extremely poor CMA. I did not use them to retrieve my item from ebay and found a shipper to do it for 1/4 of what they quoted me. For god sake this is the 21st century if they think that there is any sense in charging nearly $500 to ship a small stool across the Atlantic they should stick to delivering newspapers. GB to NY after I told them I'm in no rush. | |
