Im here to help as much as i can, but please remember, I work alone, please make sure, that for fairly heavy or bulky items, or when stairs are involved, i will need help to be provided at both ends. My Terms and Conditions: please read before bidding, once you accept you are bound by these.

1. Please make sure, items listed by you in the listing are exactly that, extra items that are not listed in description, will occur extra charges. Please notify me about any extra items, which are not listed, before you accept the bid to avoid unexpected charges, charges will occur and depending on space in my van and work load for that day, the best policy, list all your items to avoid disappointment. If you find other bags,cases, boxes you want delivered please call asap by phone/email for a new quote, then that new quote/bid is the one we


2. Waiting time - Waiting to pick up or drop off, please make sure someone is in, my time is scheduled for that day, i have other customers to attend and fuel and time is precious, so, after 15 minutes i shall charge £0.50p a minute

3. Please call between 08:00hrs - 20:00hrs, outside these times, please email me and i will respond it ASAP, either by phone or email.

4. Listings placed as flexible collection/delivery date is exactly that, flexible, If you require a certain day and time or if any restrictions on when goods can be collected or delivered, you must be mention this prior to accepting my bid. This also related to pick-up's/drop-off's from/to business premises. My delivery hours are 7am to very late. For all "Flexible" advertised jobs, I will give you 3-4 hours time window 1 day in advance for pick up and drop offs, this slot is estimated only and I cannot guarantee this due to road conditions/delays out of my control, i will endeavour keep you updated and as i use a sat nav, i can give arrival times accurately, I will keep you informed all the way, when I bid for "Flexible" jobs.

5. If your listing has time request, which I can't meet, I will submit my new option for alternative timing, as will be stated in the message, accompanied my bid. If you accept the new bid, your time request will no longer be valid and i will do your job with accordance to my new stated timing conditions.

6. The price I bid is for 1 man and the van.
