I had an expensive Mazda car that needed transporting so I was very worried that I had accepted a dodgy quote or unprofessional driver. However, it seems they are much better via phone than email as Alex the driver was very responsive via text messages and he spoke to me on the phone several times. I think it's because they are a very small company so don't have a regular office to speak. Positives Alex is quiet, careful and a professional driver. I received my Mazda car safely and he updated me on the day when he was delivering my car. They provide a good price and once you can get them on the phone or text, he will definitely deliver. If you are flexible with your dates and times then I would not hesitate to recommend Alex. He assured me my car would be delivered within 7 days and that he did indeed make that happen. Negatives Email communication (well non-existent) - I would get on the phone immediately as soon as you accept a quote otherwise you may end up waiting a nerve wracking day or two (which in my case, was not acceptable). They will definitely respond via text or phone though. If you need a specific date and time for delivery then I would go with another company. Alex works according to his schedule and explained why he can't make a more specific date and time - I understand his point of view. However you will pay more elsewhere! Overall, a professional job and I would recommend this transport company. Just know what you are in for!! | |
