Could you please arrange to collect very soon as per contract, as I will be moving up to Shetland in the near future. I accepted a quote from R W Transport paid my deposit After 3days and 3 emails I phoned and left a message asking when my job would be done several hours later I was phoned by them who promised to phone me back that same evening and give me a time/date for the job he did not do that neither did he phone the next morning or respond to emails or phone messages from myself or from delivery quote customer support I think the lesson to learn here is if it seems too cheap it probably is do not accept the lowest quote. | |
