hello, I'm an independant courier with over 25yrs. experience in the transport industry all over the u.k. and extensive experience in Europe. I'm new to these compare sites and overall I think it's a very good idea!! Anyhow, just a little about myself, (idon't want to bore you), I operate a transit van and a number of trailers for all different requirements and I aim to collect and deliver your items the same day or, in exeptional circumstances on the day, it would be the very next day. I usually put a trip together and carefully plan my journey so that the times I provide for collection and delivery should be quite accurate. I never use third parties and your items remain in my care at ALL TIMES. Your items are fully insured up to 5k. for accidental damage during transit although I take great pride and care in looking after your items, as though they are my own!!

However communication throughout the whole process was terrible, I had to chase him non-stop, as the job initially promised to be done in 1 week, at various, not communicated intervals, was postponed up to more than 3 weeks, that ended up to damage me financially, as I had to deal with the situation in place in the location where the item had to be collected. If I had knew from the beginning the final time-frame of the collection, I would have arranged differently. So I would only recommend to others in case the timing is not an issue. Response:tHANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK ALTHOUGH i MUST RECIPRECATE, firstly it took over a week to get the addresses off you which in turn held up other customers quotes being accepted because I could'nt give exact dates due to YOUR non-communication. secondly when eventually I arrived to the destination in Italy nobody had heard of you! after getting my wife to try and get hold of you 3hrs later you came back with a dfferent address which was 12 miles from the original one!! Also I shipped your bike back with no gaurentee of getting paid, you can't order stuff from Tesco and tell them you'll pay after they deliver!!
