hello, I'm an independant courier with over 25yrs. experience in the transport industry all over the u.k. and extensive experience in Europe. I'm new to these compare sites and overall I think it's a very good idea!! Anyhow, just a little about myself, (idon't want to bore you), I operate a transit van and a number of trailers for all different requirements and I aim to collect and deliver your items the same day or, in exeptional circumstances on the day, it would be the very next day. I usually put a trip together and carefully plan my journey so that the times I provide for collection and delivery should be quite accurate. I never use third parties and your items remain in my care at ALL TIMES. Your items are fully insured up to 5k. for accidental damage during transit although I take great pride and care in looking after your items, as though they are my own!!

I needed my crashed bike picking up from Spain. Without their help I may not have retrieved it from the bike shop who seemed intent on keeping it!! A lovely couple turned up to collect the van and reassured us they would take care of it, they texted us with up dates through the journey and on arrival phoned to say it had been delivered, I would without doubt recommend them. | Hobby 575 VIP touring caravan | keith.bonner | I spoke to Daniel and his wife Theresa on the phone numerous times and they were both a pleasure to talk to. All communications between us about the delivery helped and reminded me about things I had forgotten.
When we met I found Daniel to be friendly, funny and a very nice person who had my interests in mind. We kept in contact during his long long journey to the south of France from Liverpool with our large caravan.
He even had the good grace to site and pitch our caravan for us, I couldn't have asked for more.
It has been a pleasure to have Daniel deliver our caravan and I would not hesitate to recommend him. However communication throughout the whole process was terrible, I had to chase him non-stop, as the job initially promised to be done in 1 week, at various, not communicated intervals, was postponed up to more than 3 weeks, that ended up to damage me financially, as I had to deal with the situation in place in the location where the item had to be collected. If I had knew from the beginning the final time-frame of the collection, I would have arranged differently. So I would only recommend to others in case the timing is not an issue. Response:tHANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK ALTHOUGH i MUST RECIPRECATE, firstly it took over a week to get the addresses off you which in turn held up other customers quotes being accepted because I could'nt give exact dates due to YOUR non-communication. secondly when eventually I arrived to the destination in Italy nobody had heard of you! after getting my wife to try and get hold of you 3hrs later you came back with a dfferent address which was 12 miles from the original one!! Also I shipped your bike back with no gaurentee of getting paid, you can't order stuff from Tesco and tell them you'll pay after they deliver!!
