High sleeper single bed with mattress desk and futon | cjajcjla | Do not use ever unless you want to be messed around and then not receive all of your delivery. Mike had to rely upon another courier who delivered very quickly all he was given unbeknown to him that Mike had kept back 3 vital pieces. Tried to contact Mike again alot of times but his phone became temporarily out of order and he refuses to answer his emails. USE AT YOU PERIL. Response:What was collected was what was delivered. Delivery was declined on the day originally arranged as we were 2 hours late due to traffic. I arranged for another courier to deliver item as he was in the area to avoid the item being stored (at no cost to customer) for any longer. As for contact there have been no messages on here and my phone number hasn't changed. How I'm expected to deliver parts I hadn't collected is beyond me and when customer declined a delivery for me to store the item FOC is more than most companies would offer. Matt who delivered the item was doing a favour for me as trying to rearrange delivery was a nightmare due to customer working through the day (a sensible time to deliver). I will certainly not look for any further jobs from this person and only wish there was a feedback system the other way round as a negative feedback is completely unfounded and unacceptable! People who sell items on eBay should make sure they send all parts and people who leave negative feedback when the courier isn't at fault should be banned from using this site | |
