| 1 x Car / SUV: porsche 924 | nftautos | the driver who brought car was very professional and earned every penny, my main concern was the booking process, although booked on a 7 day basis the lack of communication made it very difficult to plan anything. although I don't just blame PAL Transport for this the systems used by delivery quote compare are poor, once they have the booking deposit in the bank they seem uninterested and don't even bother to return your calls.
its also not very fair to have the feedback aimed solely at the transport provider. Response:the price was for £50 so needed to be ran in with another car to make it pay we accepted your job not you and the website stated that we have 10 days to complete the job we did the job within 6 days if you want a fast service then you need to pay more money for a fast service | |
