They had not arrived by 12:30pm so I very politely called up their office (I did try their mobile) to check the progress and I was told that they 'don't have a crystal ball & they must be in traffic, so I will just need to wait' So I waited un until about 1:30pm at which time they arrived. Van was collected and delivered as planned so I am not leaving a negative review. Not a great experience but they did what I needed them to do, they just need to work on their customer experience.
