Many thanks for looking at my services I offer - Your listing, i.e your listed advert is actually placed in an auction, indeed a blind auction format. My bid placed for your agreement is based on the info you provide, so my bid is offered in good faith. It is incumbent on you and subsequently accepted by you, that you have provided all relevant information to myself via this site to ensure at the time of my bid or what you will assume is a quote, that I was able to make a reasoned and accurate informed assessment of the work needed, risks and costs to me to complete your listed transport, to then provide that bid/offer/quote. If subsequently, information is obtained or disclosed that alters my risks, scheduling, costs and the service provided to complete it, then I have the right to amend my fee either higher or lower (up or down) after my bid offer/quote was agreed by you.

Due to scheduling, logistics planning and the inclusion of your goods within my pre-scheduled trips, I will only offer a short window of acceptance. It is important you understand I am not offering you an estimate of my costs to complete your work, I am offering a BID to guarantee the completion of your work.

Finally, if subsequently you choose to not proceed with your agreement with myself/company to proceed with your listed auction after accepting my bid/offer/quote, you agree to pay that same fee/bid plus 2% per day for each day the sum is not paid. Likewise, if I am unable to complete your transport in the time frame accepted, then I will agree to amend my fees to accommodate that change provided we can agree an amended date. Regards Don
