| Gorgeous Brown Leather 3 seater sofa ( Brand Tesco Finest ) no reserve | sharon158wills | took job on knowing the specifics i needed, agreed to them but days later withdrew ability to do job, cancelled me and left me completely in the lurch. I was offered a refund and extra, i declined extra as i wasn't going to be brought from leaving honest feedback. Response:I did have to cancel the job due to attending a funeral. Even though the lady was rude to me I offerred to refund the deposit and extra for the inconvenience or to do the job for nothing on a different day. This was declined and there was nothing I could do to appease the lady. I try to ensure all my customers are happy with my work and this is the first negative I have ever received on all the sites I work on but you always come across one who is beyond pleasing. | |
