Question: Hello there, thank you for your offer, I am leaving an inventory list at the end of this message. Regarding the parking, there is space for one vehicle to park at the property, it could be a bit of a tight space to get into but trucks and large vehicles do come in all the time for various works. Estimated moving date is 24 of february but I am flexible about the day before or after.

Double bed x 2 (including 2 double mattresses)
Single wardrobe
Desk + chair
Bookshelves x 2
Dresser x 2
Sofa x 2
Coffee table x 2
Drying rack x 2
Appliances (microwave, air fryer, blender, Henry vacuum cleaner PC monitor)
Books: 2 large boxes
Other (Clothing, jackets, shoes, bags, bedding, towels, personal items etc) volume is still unknown, but they are property of only one person, the estimate is 3 large suitcases + 1 small suitcase + 10 small boxes + 10 large boxes
