Question: Hey there! Before we get started, I just have a few quick questions for you.
First off,
do you need assistance from two people to load and unload your items, or will one person be enough with some help from your end?
Secondly, is there a specific day and time for the collection? And how about the delivery?
Any specific day and time for that?
Oh, and by the way, is the collection on the ground floor?
And finally, is the delivery also on the ground floor? Just trying to get all the details right.

Response: Hi - I think one person should work.
I'm assuming at pick up point the resident willbe able to assist with the cooker...I suspect it's not heavy, just awkward. I will be at the delivery point and able to assist with unloading and moving into the house.
Yes there is a specific day...Thursday 17th October - suspect its a 2 hour ish drive, so a morning pick up please.
Collection and delivery are both ground floor.
