Response: I don't to be honest. Just collecting some quotes. Not necessarily the cheapest, just someone reliable and who doesn't mind packing/lifting the item without any help.

The fireplace is in two pieces, the larger 5 foot 3 wide by 4 foot 5 high, and the other 4 foot 6 wide by 1 foot 10 inches high. I'm unsure of the weight.
