Further information: Dear Customer, our vans staffed with professional porters, who will be happy to serve you the best possible way! The vans are fully equipped with tail-lifts, trolleys, blankets, straps etc. Each van has one driver/porter. If your item is fairly heavy and/or stairs are involved, you will need to provide help for our driver at both ends. Blankets to wrap your item(s) in the transit we provide FREE OF CHARGE. Response: Hi! Collection will be approx afternoon. Unfortunately, we can’t tell in advance when the collection / delivery will be. Every day we are constantly accepting bids and do our schedule and route the night before, after acceptance our bid.
