Further information: We are a small family business that specializes in the transport of Boats & Caravans throughout the UK and Europe. We are professional, very experienced in towing client's trailers and caravans of all descriptions. Ours is a dedicated service to tow your boat and trailer, we are not couriers, please read our 100% feedback.
Our vehicles are 4x4s, fitted with tachograghs in compliance with Transport Regulations and specially adapted and uprated for heavy duty towing with both air and electric trailer braking systems, driven by a HGV (Class 1) qualified driver.
We are fully insured for the transport of boats and our quote is inclusive of VAT, and assumes the boat trailer is in a legal and roadworthy condition, if not we will happily re-quote to piggyback the boat and trailer on our trailer. Kind Regards William
- Question:
Awaiting boatyard taking mast down which will then be loose on deck; also no tie downs boat to trailer- do you see to these details? Trailer has just been completely re-furbished with new axles, tyres, brakes and tow-hitch, but has never been run and may need checking, ok? - (18-01-2017)
- Response:
Good afternoon
Not a problem securing the mast once its been unsteped and we carry numerous straps to secure the boat on the trailer. Happy to check the trailer before the start of the journey and I always stop and check around trailer and boat a few miles down the road.
When are you looking to have the boat and trailer moved?
Best Regards
William - (18-01-2017)

- Question:
I am very sorry about the delay with my boat, but next week should be ok. I have let the office at Dartside know that the boat will be leaving and Wilson's that it will be arriving, but please call them with the timings. You will need a piece of 2x4 or somesuch, with padding, across the transom to support the mast. My address for your invoice is 38 Main St., Woodborough, Notts NG14 6EA.I will be out of the country for 3 weeks from Monday next, but if there are any further problems please contact my son Matthew [who is a naval architect] on 07773384185.Best wishes Martin Taylor - (02-02-2017)
