im a sole trader working for many years working up and down the country delivering single items and part loads taking great care of all items as if they were my own property. as i work alone i would need help loading and unloading large and heavy items at both collection and delivery points, covers,sheets and straps all come as standard . fragile items can be bubble wrapped if needed for a small charge of 5 pound per item.
i try and deliver the same day of collection but because of the rising demand of courier services i deliver with in 7days
of collection date, delivery times a morning call is 7am up untill 12noon and an afternnon call is 12noon up untill 10pm as im unable to give an exact time because of unforseen circumstances,i.e constant traffic jams but will ensure to keep you informed by phone or tx msg,once item is collected and give you a more precise time of arrival

There were many gym bits which were not packaged. I was really impressed by the level of care taken in ensuring all the components were collected and safely secured and packaged for delivery! The driver was very friendly and in contact beforehand to let me know of when to expect the drop off, and then he was really helpful in unloading all the bits and checking all was delivered safely.
