We collect and deliver items using a single driver.
We give 2 hour collection and delivery windows 24 - 48 hours in advance, if there are any travel disruptions that cause changes to the collection or delivery window we will contact the customer to give an updated estimated collection or delivery time.
We can call/text customers when the driver is on his way, if requested.
