| Sonoma illuminated tall glazed unit, marks and spencers | basybl9 | The most helpful driver in the world! Very trustworthy and ever so kind we could trust driver Jo with our kids. We don't know anyone that would travel almost 200 miles to deliver an item and sacrifice all evening and morning driving to please a customer all on short notice. The price we paid was also considerably competitive and Jo took so much care of our items. They were packed and transported very carefully.
Go no were else you will find it very difficult to find a better driver than Jo to do your job!

He was punctual, and extremely helpful with loading and unloading the goods and also last minute runs. The journey was fun and not at all awkward! I definitely recommend his services for transport. It was always advised delivery would be Monday late pm? I dont know what you mean by the following day? This was on the 17th December, and we have yet to receive our refund. They have stopped replying to our emails requesting our refund. I have replied to the email stating this. I just wish you would have given me a call or email first rather than leave negative feedback for something which is/was out of my hands. | |

This courier was not only unreliable and unprofessional but he also lied to me, left my furniture on the middle of the road and didn't seem to mind putting people's lifes at risk by breaching health & safety regulations. And also ended up paying much more than what had been agreed. He was over two hours late which made me late for work. On his way to my house he texted me several times increasing the total cost. Then, he and his spare pair of hands couldn't manage to take the furniture two floors up into my flat as it was too large to carry up the stairs (they should have known better and dismantle it beforehand). What they did? They dumped it in the middle of the staircase between the ground floor and the first floor leaving a narrow gap to pass through (if you are not a big size). However he promised to come back with a carpenteer and dismatle it. That never took place. the day after some neighbours were understandably upset and threatening to call police. The pressure I had that night and the day after was overwhelming. I kept calling and texting him urging him to get back to me for reasurance and even left some voice messages myself and one of my neighbours warning him of the breach of health and safety committed but it was all ignored. He had texted me he would come at noon, later he said he would come in the afternoon and when it was 3pm and I texted him for the last time. I never heard from him again!. Unfortunately, it was imposible for myself to move the wardrobe away even with my neighbours help as it was just stuck there. No way up, no way down. I had to eventually find someone to have it dismantled after half a day waiting for this courier who said he would come back. I've never had an experience like this. Watch out those new to this with low star rating or hardly any feedback! Response:What an absolute load of nonsense. Not once was it left outside in the road! Firstly not once was it mentioned you were in a block of flats with no lift and a small slim staircase to work around. Secondly you did not measure the wardrobe nor staircase or hallway nor advise it would not fit. Instead stood in our way the whole time insisting it will fit and that "In the pictures it looked like it would fit" And repeatadly stating there was more room upstairs :-/. I did not txt several times upping the price. I upped the price once because the quote was for 1 man and you felt a 2nd would be needed. Me and my helper are 2 young fit lads and we struggled and struggled to move the wardrobe 1 floor (We tried for over an hour), Even with 2 additional peoples help, I simply wasnt willing to risk my health trying to move a large heavy wardrobes on slim steps.. Im afraid I cant help the traffic in south east london at rush hour. I offered every alternative, even to deliver another day free of charge. I kept you updated every stage of my journey. Finally the reason I did not come back was because i received quite a threatening voicemail saying I had 1 hour to come back or there would be trouble and he would come and find me. | |
