Response: No pallet, but it is on wheels. It's around 100x100x150cm and 30kg. It would need to be a small collection window on the day, but delivery timeframe is less important

Response: I don't think I could get in touch with the seller so soon to be honest. Could you offer a couple of times you would be available for collection and I can ask if any are suitable. Also dimensions have been confirmed to me as 60x55x135cm

Question: We will be able to collect either in the morning or ate evening. Usually we arrange all the details directly with both parties. I can collect on Thursday however that will be late evening. for Thursday pick-up, delivery will be on Saturday. Or, I can also collect on Sunday first part of the day, if that better suits the seller, however delivery will be on next week with a 24 hours confirmation notice, 4 hours timeslot and plus 1 hour notice from our driver before his arrival. Response: The seller has asked for assurance that it will be before 9pm on Thursday. If you can make sure that is the case then we will go ahead and place the order

Question: I am afraid collection can be up to 11pm on Thursday. We already have orders booked in for Thursday, into London area, and pick-up in CV can do on our return back to Birmingham and that will be 11pm. Can the seller leave the item somewhere outside in the evening and we will collect it without disturbing him? Let's say in the garage or porch? Or Is Sunday morning ok with him for pick-up? - arrows (08-11-2017)

Response: Sunday morning will be better for them. They said that they will leave it outside the side gate in case they're not in. I've just paid the deposit
