Response: Collection Wednesday or Thursday or Friday in office hours, delivery has to be Friday before 6.

Question: Hi,
We have a pump truck, a tail lift and with a 2 man team can collect on Thursday 9th, but the delivery can be on Monday 13th with 1 driver as in that area we are available rarely.
Please advise if it suits you.

Response: I've just checked and it could be done on Monday morning but it'll be an extra journey for us at this end.. what's your quote?

Question: Please can you confirm the weight ? - kcs9kirk (08-11-2017)

Response: The boxes can be just about lifted by two men onto a pallet truck. In Chesterfield the boxes are stored about 30m from the road so you’d need the pallet truck. There’ll be people to help you there. In Norwich, it’ll just be case of reversing up to a lock up garage.. assuming you have a Luton van? The boxes are full of framed and glazed art.

Response: Yes, just, if you have a pallet truck. If you can give me an accurate time for pick up I can organise help. Drop off is easier as you can just roll in.

Question: We would collect on Thursday afternoon deliver Friday morning,

Or if possible we could collect Thursday morning deliver Thursday obviously this is down to you.
