Question: Hi Allya, thank you for confirmation. Our manager will contact both ends a day before collecting/ delivery to confirm the time that works for us both. Do you need a 2 man team? Are both ends on ground floor?

Response: Hi Mike,

Yes 2 men are needed. The collection end is on the ground floor but the delivery end is up one flight of stairs.

Given the 24 hour notice, the delivery will have to be on a Friday.

While I understand you can't give a date for collection or delivery - can you give rough indications on how long this process is likely to take eg a week, a month?

The collection can be next week on Wednesday 27th and delivery within 2, 3 weeks, because in the delivery area on Friday with 2 man team we are rarely. What do you think if the delivery will be on Thursday 28th with 2 man team but in the evening, when you are available?

Response: Wednesday next week is fine - we will be home in the evening. Waiting 2-3 weeks for delivery is fine.
