Further information: Premium Door to Door courier brokerage service for all of our clients. We would love to undertake your job, there are a couple of things to note before accepting our bid please:
1. All our customer service is carried out via E-Mail only as we need to have all correspondence in writing. Hence, please email us after you accept our bid to arrange pickup of your parcel. Once your parcel has been collected, we can provide you a tracking link so that you can monitor the status of your parcel online.
2. All items need to be properly boxed for Transport. Collections occur on a date of your choice through Monday and Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm. If you need a smaller pickup window, please discuss this with us before accepting the bid. There is also the option to Drop-Off your parcel to our local depot if you are unable to wait for the driver.
3. Our prices are based on your declared number of parcels and their respective Weights and Dimensions.
4.FREE insurance of £50 per consignment subject to terms and conditions. Additional insurance can be purchased before pickup at an insurance premium of 3%(Max amount upto £2000).
5. You might need access to a Printer to print labels. Please let us know if you don't have a Printer before accepting our bid so we can advise you of alternates if available.
6.) I hope you understand but our drivers do not carry cash, hence we require payment upfront via Credit/Debit Card before carrying out the job.
