There is one stair up to my front door. There may be 1 stair up to the owner's front door, but there are no flights of stairs involved.

What is your policy if the piano gets damaged in transit? - Question:
Hi Zoe,
We have insurance up to 20000 and if anything happens during transportation our insurance company will contact you and cover all damages.
Regarding collection, we can collect this Wednesday 16th and deliver next Wednesday 23rd, because in both areas wih 2 man team we are available rarely.
Our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confrm the 3 hours slot time window that works for all parts. If it suits you, go ahead and accept us.
