Question: I don't believe the woman gave me her name and I'm not sure if it was the same woman both times. I understand that you can't deliver without details but if they had not been received then I should have been told that when I phoned within the two week period. I asked if there was a problem and was told 'no' you were just waiting for a van for my area. The same ten days later. If my order had been cancelled after two weeks then why was it still on your system to check? Or was I told that without checking? Either way I was given wrong information . The bottom line is now when the dishwasher can be collected and delivered
