Sorry but for next Friday 4th we are already booked for other direction. But we have a free window for next Thursday 3rd and if you accept us today we will book you in. Collection and delivery the same day with a 2 man team. Also, advise if both ends are ground floor.

Do you have any availability this week? How about Wednesday 2nd? If you only have Thursday could you advise what time you would be delivering? I would need to co-ordinate with the person receiving at the other end.

Hi Katie,
Sorry but for Wednesday we are booked for other direction, only on Thursday 3rd. Regarding the time, it's difficult to say at the moment. I think it will be PM time. Anyway, our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confrm the 3 hours slot time window that works for all parts.
If it suits you, go ahead and accept us.

I have just heard that the person at the other end cannot take delivery until after 5 on thursday. Can you accommodate this?

Ok Katie. I will leave a note to our manager with this info and she will take into consideration when will schedule the route. Anyway, we will confirm with drop off end a day before the timeframe, we will not come if no one is available.
