Can I just check - you have a van large enough so the mattress is not folded as it was quite expensive.

Denise, we have a regular Luton Van 4m x 2m x 2m and I will leave a note to our manager not to fold it and handle with care. We are working very carefully and all the items are covered with blankets and fixes with straps in order to avoid any damages.
