Questions

Question: Hi, could this be done Sunday evening? I'll be delivering a bike to Chippenham Sunday afternoon, I could collect the bike from Salisbury either Sunday afternoon and deliver either Sunday evening or collect and deliver Monday.
Best regards. - i-move-motorcycles (15-05-2017)
Response: Hello

Yes we could do Sunday. I have just checked with the collection in Salisbury and they said it would be fine.

Could you possibly give me an idea on cost?

Thanks
Janette
Question: Hi, I'd want 120 so I'd have to put a quote of 160 to cover the sites fees.
Dan - i-move-motorcycles (15-05-2017)
Response: Hello,

Is that the best possible price you could do?

Thanks
Janette
Question: Hi, Janette I normally charge £1 a mile, so yours would've been a a quote of 203 to net me 152, I'll go down to a quote of 150 that will net me around 110 but that's it.
I am quoting for other jobs on Sunday so if you would this doing on Sunday I'll put my quote in and if you accept it you'll have your vehicle delivered Sunday evening sometime.
Best regards. - i-move-motorcycles (16-05-2017)
Response: Great, thanks 150 would be good.

Thank you

Hello

Sorry just to check too, do you have insurance, if the bike got damaged on route etc?

Thanks Janette
Question: Hi, Janette I have specific motor trade insurance and I have just gone through it, how is the bike been classed?
As my insurance is specific for certain types of vehicle mainly motorcycles my insurance prohibits me from carrying certain types of other vehicles and mentions trikes. Does it come with a log book of some kind stating the vehicle as either electric bike or trike?
Dan - i-move-motorcycles (16-05-2017)
Response: Hi Dan

No unfortunately it didn't come with a log book, all we have is the instruction manual and purchase invoice.
Not sure where that leaves us?

Thanks
Janette

I do have an emailed invoice copy which states it's an electric bike ?
Question: Hi, Janette yes I'm not sure either, my insurance states that I can carry any motorised vehicle but not steam driven vehicles, quads and trikes doesn't mention electric vehicles on the prohibited vehicles.
It's up to you, I have a van adapted to transport motorcycles it has a big ramp so I could easily load/unload your bike there won't be anything else on board with yours, again it's up to you.
Thanks Dan - i-move-motorcycles (16-05-2017)
