Question: I appreciate that you cannot give times....but Ian has tried to contact you and it seems really annoying that you cannot at least be in contact so that he is aware of what is going on? Checking your feedback you seem to usually be very pro active on that front so i dont understand why you dont answer your phone when you say you can be contacted on it? Also as you have to collect and deliver between 7 & 11 i would have thought you would likely be at Laurie's nearer 7pm - these are assumptions made because you have not really explained much and i am getting questions myself from the people involved...? Response: It's illegal to use a mobile phone now, it's 6 points on a license if you get caught. All my customers use text messaging and emailing. I'm currently doing 60mph on the M25, I'm not answering my phone to anyone. And I said between 7-11... that means I'll pick up between 7-11.... i can't give anymore specific times as I have a busy run schedule every day. He has said he will cancel they whole transaction including the purchase of the sofa - so can you just confirm to me that the sofa will definitely be there on or before 11pm?
