Response: Hi , thanks for your message. I'd need to agree the collection date with the seller, hopefully tomorrow or Tuesday if he's agreeable. I'm flexible on delivery as am on leave next week.
Do you offer a bubble wrap on collection service?

Please note that we ar working very carefully ad all the items are covered with blankets in order to avoid scrates during shipping. We can collect it on Friday, Saturday or next week in the evening, delivery will be within 2, 4 businessd ays, because in that area we are available once per week.
Let me know when is more convenient for the seller.

I rang the seller today, they are around mon- Friday 9:30 - 5:30, except the bank holidays.

I realise this doesn't fit neatly with the times you have supplied, though I'm hopeful your evening availability may overlap their closing time by enough ?

The seller will be around tues 18th -fri 21st 9:30am - 5:30 pm next week.
That would be great if you're happy to arrange the pick up with them. I spoke to a Darren who said they'd need a tracking number from the courier, hope that's ok.

Yes, all the contact details are removed automatically, because due to policy of DQC site we cannot share our contact details before the quote is accepted.
Sure, do not worry. Our manager will contact the pick up party directly to schedule the time that suits us both. Once it is collected,w e will inform you about delivery and a day before will provide the 3 hours slot time window.
If it suits you, go ahead and accept us straight away.
