Question: Hi, we can collect it tomorrow 23rd or on Friday 24th and deliver within 1, 3 business days. Our manager will contact the seller a day before to provide the 3 hours slot time window. But it is with 1 driver - so he may need help in case it's too heavy for one man. Let me know when is more convenient and if there will be someone available. Response: Hi, it's fine for 1 man to lift the item as it's not too heavy. I've lifted the same item before myself and I'm not that strong. But I'm sure that the seller will be able to help if needed. I'm happy to help with delivery. The bed will be folded in half for collection.
It is a fragile item, so needs to be handled with care.
I'm just waiting to hear back from the seller and will let you know asap if they can do tomorrow or friday. If they can't do those days are there any other days that you can do next week?

Hi,
Please could you make a note with this collection that there will be 5 small parts that will be collected in addition to the main item. The parts are:
1/ leather headrest
2/ leather back cushion
3/ leather sand bag
4/ 2nd leather sand bag
5/ 4 instruction booklets.

In the photo in the listing the leather headrest and leather back cushion are shown as attached to the main machine. As the main machine will be folded, these parts have to be separated from it. The 2 sandbags are also shown in the photo. Please could you make sure that all parts are kept together with the main machine?

Also, as the machine and parts are made of leather please could you make sure that no stickers are stuck onto them that could damage the leather material?

Hi, your delivery man just delivered the item 15 minutes ago, He rushed off in a hurry and didn't let me check the item before he left. He seemed to be in a hurry to go. The seller said that the item was in immaculate condition. But I have received it from you with several scuffs and minor rips in the leather fabric mainly at the corners and sides. I was told that this would be looked after whilst with you, but I have not received it in the condition that was expected. I am very disappointed as this was a very expensive item that is worth £3300. I would therefore like to make a claim. Please let me know how I can do this. Thank you
